service lapses overshadowed some positives

deceptive parkingminimal tv

the parking system felt deceptive. i was quoted one price at reception but charged a higher amount at the automated checkpoint. getting a refund involved multiple steps and ultimately failed since the relevant office was closed on the weekend. the room wasn't up to par for the price. the tv selection was minimal, and in-room dining had an unexpected surcharge.

The bed was huge and so very comfortable. a welcome message looked on the tv. It was a nice touch! i found the hotel location great with restaurants very close. Plus, pubs are within easy reach.

The skycity carpark was like a maze. i struggled to find my vehicle a few times without searching through rows and levels. It needs a better numbering system!

fluctuating showerthorough cleaning

the shower fluctuated between hot and cold temperatures i found that quite bothersome the room required a more thorough cleaning as there was dust on the glasses and cupboard additionally there were hairs in the carpet i object to paying a surcharge to receive my own deposit back

i was surprised the bathroom needed better cleaning (especially the door). the shower curtain had stains and was too short, so the floor got really wet.
